Africa’s Talent Moment is Here
Sub-Saharan Africa is on the brink of becoming one of the most important talent hubs in the global economy.
Sub-Saharan Africa is fast emerging as a global talent powerhouse. With its population expected to grow by nearly 80% over the next three decades, the region is set to become one of the world’s largest sources of workforce talent—at a time when many economies are facing ageing populations.

upskilling, inclusive hiring, and stronger connections between talent and
opportunity. Ubuntu Talent Hub aims to play a key role in unlocking this
potential.
